To, The Honorable Chief Minister of Goa, Shri Pratap Singh Rane, First of all, I'm proud to be an Goan, my mother tongue is Konkanni and only Konkanni. From the Childhood, I studied in my school Devnagri Konkanni and as well in Latin Konkani in my house and my village. I'm 100% know to read and write both Nagri as well Latin Konkani. I assumed that those who are real born Goan speak our mother tongue, i.e. Konkanni. I used to remember once Mr. Kamat de Assolna said, "Konkannintlean uloi, Konkanintlean boroi ani Konkanintlean Goemcho serkar choloi". So why our Goan government are waiting for? Give both Nagri as well as Latin Konkanni in Goa equal rights. Make it as on official language. One thing to remember, wherever we goans live, either in Middleast, Gulf, Europe, Africa, Asia, America or elsewhere, we hear non-goans are most speaking our mother tongue. So please once again, I request the Goa government to make the only Goa's language "Konkanni" as official language in both.
