The Goan community in Mozambique (Maputo and Catembe) for the first time on 21st aug 05 organised a GOA DAY EVENT which was boosted by a spectacular show. Several members young and old participated in making this event a sure sucess. There were several performances of the goan cultural dances ยด, KUNBI DANCE, KOTTI FUGDDI, DULPODS/MANDOS etc. The event was aimed to bringing ALL the goans and its decendents together.... making us acknowledge the pride of the rich goan blood that we all have.
