ok il y a bien une compatibilité perl-PCRE à reprendre pour mon cas :
"^([\\p{Latin}\\-]+)$"
(les double backslash, c'est une spécificité ocaml).
\p{Latin}, ça matche ts les caractères qu'on utilise par ici.
