Hi guys,
Lassé par un grand fabricant d'imprimante qui fabrique maintenant des
cartouches qui sèchent si on le les utilise pas au moins une fois par
semaine (Merci de sauver la planète !!!), j'ai décidé de changer de
fabricant et de passer à du laser (ce qui me permet de ne pas imprimer
pendant des mois). Donc, je me suis lancé et j'ai sauté dans l'eau et
j'ai acheté une imprimante/scanner Brother DCP-L3550CDW.
L'imprimant fonctionne très bien et a été facilement configurée, grâce à
l'existence d'un port RJ45 (pas comme les nouvelles imprimantes qui
n'ont que du wifi...).
Je suis très content, sauf que... je n'arrive pas à faire fonctionner le
scanner... :-((( Lorsque je lance la commande :

J'ai fait tout ce qui était possible et imaginable pour faire
fonctionner le scanner. J'ai consulté des dizaines de forums et de sites
différents et fait tous ce qui était possible (en fait toujours les même
choses).
Le scanner est bien reconnu, l'ordinateur arrive à lui parlé et même à
échanger des informations, mais je bute sur le message :
Unable to open device: Invalid argument
D'après le site de Brother cela viendrait (oui, j'utilise le
conditionnel !) de mauvais paramètres de taille à scanner. Sauf que tout
me semble normal. Brother ne fournit aucun outil de debugging et la
documentation de troubleshooting est inexistante ou inutile.
Quelqu'un d'entre vous aurait-il de l'expérience avec ce fabricant ? Une
idée ?
