[VOTE] Nick Chalko for committer to gump

It is clear that Nick is not only a user of gump, but has constructive ideas on how to improve it. Futhermore though his work on Centipede, it is clear that he knows what he is doing. He has worked with the community through this mailing list and in maintaining several projects descriptors.
