I do see the problem, but I don't think this is the correct fix.

This will cause gump to issue a cvs checkout of jakarta-commons-sandbox-jelly. Or would, if there was a <cvs> tag present. As it stands now, this will checkout nothing.

What this is meant to be is an extention or continuation of the commons-sandbox module.

There clearly is a problem in jenny where this extension is allowed to override the value of defined-in.
