Hey all,

Ugh, I hate to bring this up after so much back and
forth, but unfortunately nsUML has an LGPL license:

  http://nsuml.sourceforge.net

I just sent a message to Commons pointing this out,
but I'm not sure how preemptive we should be here.
Remove nsUML from the GUMP build immediately, or wait
it out? I'm fine with either, but removing nsUML will
break graph at least in the short term, which means
Maven will also stop building.
