I'm trying to configure gump in w2k, and i'm facing the command line length problem, due to company restrictions i can not use XP, nor use root dir in this machine, so i'm considering to create a launcher for this situation, make gump create a properties file for the classpath and read it from the launcher, create a URLClassloader with parent on the initial loader, configure it with the urls given in the prop file, and start ant's main usign reflection from there..
Sounds hard. Just curious: once solved, wouldn't all ant users benefit from such a feature? Should it be added to ant instead of gump?
