Just an FYI.  I've got an email into James Strachan to see if I can 
patch the dom4j build file to build the dom4j-core.jar in a separate 
task so that I can remove the circular dependency.

Then the build sequence will be:

dom4j-core
jaxen
dom4j
And everything should work fine.  The only problem is there is not a 
way to do this in the dom4j build today, so I have to get that patched.
