I think it is becoming time to discuss trimming down gump runs, and I don't mean by excluding projects from the main. I think we need to consider clusters of localized gumps. <snip/>

This is what I would like to do in gump

<workspace name="jakarta" href="http://jakarta.apahce.xml/gump/workspace.xml"/>
<workspace name="myworkspace.xml"/>
<build> <project refid="foo"/> <project refid="bar"/> <build>
</workspace>
Gump should only build foo, and bar. The rest of the projects in jakarta and myworkspace are downloaded and installed as "packages" if needed.
