Log:
Removing the krysalis-ruper module for now, since Jenny reports that it is
circularly dependant.
This is preventing me from getting a working Gump install in order to try and find
out why Tomcat33 is still failing. Once the Krysalis team manages to get working Gump
descriptors, by all means re-enable it. However, I don't see any reason for Jakarta
to wait for SF to get their act together.
