On the PC, the best bet to set up extssh CVS is to use Putty (just google for putty download). We use it for all CVS access at work and it works great. Just download the executable, set it in the path, and then set up aliases in the application itself.

Make sure you get putty.exe (ssh), puttygen.exe (ssh-keygen), and plink.exe (ssh tunnel?).

Also, I have a box with almost no utilization (mail & minor web), with disk space and memory and bandwidth if you would like access. I believe Sam might also be able to get you access somewhere.

Cheers,
Scott

limited resources (low on CPU/memory/disk -- it is actually a virtual

out how to configure extssh style CVS and on the Linux box "javadoc" seems
to loop @ 100% CPU inside the ant-dist build & I can get no further. [I can
find nothing via google on this.]

Can anybody give pointers in either of these cases? I am slowly making
progress working through issues (my own in my code, and things like missing
'parent' attribute support on <work for junit) but I seem to be getting
stuck.

Thanks in advance.
