Unable to find a javac compiler; com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the
classpath.
I do check JAVA_HOME, and I do check javac, but I need to add a check for
"java com.sun.tools.javac.Main"
I was relying upon a cheat (expecting JAVA_HOME/lib/tools.jar to be in
CLASSPATH) but I might have to work out a more reliable way. I think check
it, and if missing, then try to set it.
