Sure there is, start here:

http://jakarta.apache.org/gump/usage.html

Assuming you are using Linux (or similar) -- and I'd recommend it -- there
is a gump.sh in the root directory that might help you automate it. If you
are feeling game try gumpy.sh, which runs the *under development* Python
version.

Your work effort will likely be around defining the workspace, the profiles,
and projects/packages and such :
