I looked at some of the ones I'm (vaguely) familiar with, and it seems
that several of the failures have to do with dom4j not being available
(but that project isn't in this list?). If that can get fixed, many of
these will go away.

Also, there seems to be a problem with the logs - or at least turning the
logs into HTML pages. Looking at Jakarta Taglibs, the Mailer taglib build
failed, but the link takes me to a page that doesn't show the end of the
log (where the cause of the failure presumably is!).

Personally, I'd be happy to see nags show up for Jakarta Commons Sandbox
and Jakarta Taglibs (once the dom4j issue is resolved). There might be
some resistance to the former, but IMHO even in the sandbox, things should
build successfully!

(BTW, what exactly does it mean when something shows up as No Work
Performed? I assume that's a Bad Thing rather than a Good Thing, but it's
not obvious to me *why* no work was performed.)
