IIRC, you just need the velocity jar to run Anakia.

Anakia bases relative paths on the JVM launch directory, not on the current
working directory.
So if you use an IDE such as Eclipse, you might need to update the paths in
the build file.
[For an example of this, see the JMeter build file, which uses the property
"eclipse.anakia"]
