FWIIW: I defaulted the value of the root URL to that value it used to be:
http://cvs.apache.org/builds/gump/nightly/
.. but it gets overwritten in a properly configured workspace xml file to
the local server's Gump HTML root ... normally. This was just a bogus little
unit test workspace gone public.
