As it was one thing that I *could* do,  I just checked in a code 
change to make the jdom DocumentNavigator work with the HEAD revision 
of JDOM's CVS.

Perhaps this can take us one step closer to jaxen/dom4j nirvana :)

this brings us closer to gump nirvana, because of the number of projects 
which are dependent upon jaxen.
