relicense

There was a small problem with the template which I checked into the 
committers depot :
relicense/license.txt
there were trailing spaces in lines 1 and 15, which checkstyle did not 
like in the modified java files.
This is fixed now.

PS : not sure where the commit emails for the committers depot go to. 
Will try to subscribe to [EMAIL PROTECTED] ?
