well, maybe. Jaxen's CVS HEAD has absorbed saxpath while dom4j's CVS HEAD is still looking for the old org.saxpath stuff, so it hasn't been adapted to compile against Jaxen HEAD yet. On the other hand dom4j tries to compile Jaxen from source itself and this causes trouble when you use an installed Jaxen.
