#1: You need for example pgrep.exe, cp.exe that's part of MKSNT or CYGWIN.

Ok, got them, it was not trivial for a WinDoze guy like me to understand what to install in Cygwin (and I'm still not sure if it was the Perl, pcre or the proccp package that did it 8-)

#2: You need svn.exe as well for building code in our svn repo

Done.

#3: See my xml file #4: See the batch file that i usually use

Sorry, where?

#5: If you see a rsync.exe in your environment, rename it so that cp.exe is used.

Done, but it's wierd... why?

It's a painful process, but i have been through it :) - http://nagoya.apache.org/~dims/gump/

Gosh, I had helped in PyGump (AKA GumPy) so that it would not happen, but alas we are here again... I'll keep bugging and fixing it then :-P

BTW, dod you also install ruper or not? Do you run from cygwin shell or cmd.exe?

BTW: Do you have a gumpy.html file in your log? Do you have a WWW server you
can point to your log? I usually debug a 'first run' through that log
 dir, via HTTP.

It stays a lot here:

"Integrate using -w ..\PC103.xml all "

wait... it's downloading... I see cvs in the processes...
... but ws dir is empty... oh no...

It downloads stuff to c:\jakarta\** :-(
