I was hoping on tying ruper into Gump to manage the repository, clean-ups,
MD5s, etc. As such, I've not done anything smart in the Python coding to do
it. Hopefully I'll fix up Ruper to get this done soon, but no promises. We
probably ought file a TODO in Jira for stuff like this.

I've cleaned a bunch of older jars, but we are still over 95%, so unless Leo
can swoop to the rescue I guess LSD is down a little longer.
