Hi, those of you who are subscribed to the infrastructure list will have seen it already, the "official" board meeting summary from Greg will come a bit later.
Our resolution has been approved by the board, Gump is now a top level project. The first things we'll need to do now are hashing out the infrastructure details and after that work out the project's bylaws. I'll start a separate thread for the infrastructure stuff soon.
