The disadvantage "One Arm" says too assume that the the
character has lost the off arm. So, if I am right handed, i have lost
my left arm. Worth -20 points.
What is it worth if i lost my good arm?
And what is the penalty for using a quarter staff as a one
handed weapon? (the character in question is a Wizard who inherited
the staff...)
