Mike, You really could have just rounded off the 2x10^-32 cubic feet. Thats less volume than a human hair. A very short human hair. The Armagage's design specifics were probably pretty tight. But I doubt they were this tight.
And for an android like this I would be tempted to use the character creation rules with the machine template rather than vehicles. I would probably do likewise for even the less humanlike androids like the Black Magic ones or the ones in Avengers. And I definitely would for the Cyborgs in Ghost in the Shell. Vehicles seems too cumbersome for practical use at this scale.
