This is a weekly posting with GURPS vehicles (and the like) to the
GURPSnet mailing list. I grant the permission for all non-commercial
redistribution of my work, but I would like to know if you put it on
a website or the like. With a slight delay, old vehicles appear
at http://omeyer.gmxhome.de/GURPSnet_files/summary.html

ArcoTech Police Cart v1.0 (GURPS Traveller TL9)
  Copyright 2006 by Onno Meyer

On very inhospitable planets, populations are often concentrated in a
few arcologies. Vehicles for use within these buildings differ from the
open country models - size matters, and bigger isn't always better.
The Police Cart is equipped for riot control in a crowded and fragile
environment. It can carry two police officers on the front bench and up
to four prisoners in the rear. A bulldozer blade can be used to clear
barricades and the electrified surface helps to herd protesters away
>from critical facilities.
At full speed, the power cells last for 10 hours.

The TL9 vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [2nd edition, 3rd

affect the background but not the technology of this design.
