They can turn in extremely narrow quarters and move between different floors without lifts or ramps. The Grav Cart has open seats for one pilot and three passengers. The TL10 vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [2nd edition, 3rd printing, Dec 2004 errata], GT, VXi and VXii (the armor volume rule) and the text format from Vehicles Lite.
