Again, he didn't specify what kind of engine, only the size and TL and steam 
seems
more TL5. Also, I opted for wood over coal because wood would seem to be much
easier to obtain (despite it being an inferior fuel).

The 14.7mm gatling is approximately .58cal, which was a common caliber for
gatlings. The 3" deck gun was the smallest bore that I felt fired a useful
explosive charge (and yes, I know I bought SAPLE rather than LE shells).
