The house cat is in the sidebar on page 142 of the basic set. (st 3,
dx 14, iq 5, ht 13/3 speed 10) Calculate what it would cost ot build
that, and that's the cost of the template.

Yes I'm intentionally leaving out the IQ

somehow that seems off since a wolf is 42 points.... and the template
they give in the is significantly different...
.... I'll hash something out - but if someone has more to add it would
be appreciated - I don't think my new versions of the book will be in by
the time I need this Info (this Friday)
