I just bought the PDF version of this, today. I'm on page 54 of 258, reading about Marine Chronometers (TL5). So far, it's worth the $28. I'm a little disappointed that it's TL5-8, (1730 roughly, in 4Es TL system), and not TL4. If you're running a 18th, 19th, or 20th century game, you're going to want it. > Ultra-Tech It's worth the money, but I'm not as happy with it as the 3e UT and UTII. Too much guns, too much super science. (No one else minds this, I guess, though.) It's very handy for an SF game, though. Bio-Tech I've read a borrowed copy of, but didn't buy. (I will, eventually, but I don't need it.) It's well written, and probably worth it, if you're into that sort of game (THS requires it, I'd think). I'm not, so I can fake it. > -vk > _______________________________________________ > GurpsNet-L mailing list <[email protected]> > http://mail.sjgames.com/mailman/listinfo/gurpsnet-l > -- David Scheidt [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ GurpsNet-L mailing list <[email protected]> http://mail.sjgames.com/mailman/listinfo/gurpsnet-l
