New Powerstone charging rule: Powerstones will not charge within 6 feet of a *SMALLER* *UNCHARGED* Powerstone. That is, if 2 powerstones are withing 6 feet, the smaller one must reach full charge before the larger one can begin recharging, but once a powerstone is at full charge it has no further effect.
What if you just adopt the part where charged stones have no effect on the charging of other stones?
