One complaint was all it took for someone to get contacted by Yahoo and
told to cease and desist their cross posting or they'd loose their
account and the list they were cross posting to would be shut down.
It might take a couple days, but Yahoo is taking these issues
seriously. If you complain to Yahoo Customer Care and don't see any
results, let me know and I'll contact the Group's managers and director;
I know them personally and am part of an Advisory Team to Yahoo on
Groups. I do know of what I speak.
