It can land on rough fields and calm water, and travel over intercontinental distances. The Passenger Lifter has a sleek airframe with the cockpit in front, a cabin with 24 rows of 4 seats each, and a small pantry and toilet in the rear. Luggage can be stowed in overhead bins. The Lifter has two fusion reactors (for safety during overwater flights) powering ten ducted fans, with backup power cells for emergency landings. Subassemblies: Body +6. The vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [second edition, third printing, January 2007 errata], VXi and VXii (including the armor volume rule) with the text format from Vehicles Lite.
