Did you weigh a Cheap version vs. HT and maintenance?
#2 is not really a question, but a vehicle idea:
How about a "helltruck" -- a TL6 or 7 hauler for Traveller worlds (or
alternate places) where the ambient temperature is about or just under
boiling (212F/100C)? (the idea is from a quick misread of the subject
of the current vehicle)
