Not quite correct: quote/ 'the GM ought to forbid Ninja Talent or Weapon
Talent (but see Weapon Master, p 99).'/quote.  Not the same at all.  Advised
not to, is not the same as don't apply.  

I'm a knife thrower.  [I aggrandise; I can throw knives a bit] I have played
with spears and axes with friends - as gigantic darts. The best person I've
ever met with all of them never tried, he simply has a knack.  He's just a
good pitcher - a great cricket fielder.

I am looking to see if I am alone in this experience.

I would maintain that it's a legitimate talent, and to insist on calling it
Weapon Master is short sighted.  Power is not part of it, Neither is special
skills, its just accuracy.
