That looks like a limited Duty disadvantage. I would give the
correspondent the same Duty the soldiers get, but add a limitation
(-25%?) to account for the fact the reporter isn't actually required
to fight and has an easier way out of the war zone. It's still
dangerous, since the enemy won't likely avoid shooting the character
just because he's a reporter, and it's not simply a Sense of Duty,
because getting out of the position might still cost him his job, or
at least his prestige.
