Mecha can turn on a dime, try doing that with a tank or like vehicle?

I'm not sure that is the case. Mecha are shown getting knocked sideways, backwar, and over and sliding to a stop, and advancing directly forward instead of using the turn-on-a-dime mobility to evade, or to match up with the direction of travel and gracefully decelerate instead. Meanwhile, tanks and other tracked vehicles are indeed known to turn very tightly.

Training, one person or a crew? Height of vision, you can stand up in
a mecha, but how hard it is to replace a leg or like in a mecha vs a
track? Track replacement is LEGENDARY on how much a pain it can be

There's been a recent improvement in tracked drive trains that cuts way, way down on tread throwing by including a tensioner that maintains a constantly tight fit in the tracks as the suspension flexes.
