Think of it as a GPMG or possibly HMG attached to an infantry
squad. GPMGs with a two-man team would have roughly that many
rounds, and might get through a couple of short engagements
before it is time for ammo resupply -- but they would not be
shooting at maximum RoF at a single target. Same for the
warbot, except that it can also slowly recharge itself if
nothing else happens after the initial encounter. A minor
feature, really, but the number had to be mentioned
somewhere.

The rocket salvo will be degraded by point defense from AFVs
and robots, including this model, and the powered armor worn
by the infantry will require relatively large smart bomblets
for a kill, so there are fewer bomblets per surviving rocket.

Battlefields get more lethal, and infantry gets tougher or
harder to hit. That kind of arms race has gone on for centuries.

If two units have line-of-sight, either one of them retreats
fast or one of them will be killed/destroyed soon. Who dies
and who survives depends on many factors, like plain old luck,
the quality of targeting data from other sensors, the tactical
situation, and the relative capability of the units.

That isn't terribly different from today, either. Except that
by TL11 a piece of hardware can take some of the risks, which
increases the survival chances of the characters. It ain't
cowardly to send robots ahead to die :-)
