Orbital Scooter v1.0 (TL11)

  The Orbital Scooter is used to ferry work crews between starships and 
orbital starports. The open Scooter is used mostly by personnel already 
in space suits, like hull maintenance crews.
  The Scooter has a thin, long spaceframe with two seats, the pilot in 
front and one passenger in the rear. The instrument panel contains the 
computers, sensors, and communications. The thruster and power storage 
cell are mounted under the rear seat.
  The power cell lasts for 148 minutes at full thrust, delta-V 174 kps.

Powertrain: 1,000-lb. vectored super reactionless thruster; 450,000-kWs
  rechargeable power cell.
Occ: 1 cycle CS, 1 cycle S.

Design Notes
  Body is 1.5 cf. Structure is medium, standard. Armor is standard 
metal. Sealed. Computerized controls. 0.01 cf of empty space. Empty 
weight is 100 lbs. 
  The vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [second edition, third 
printing, December '09 errata] and VXii (including the armor volume 
rule) with the text format from Vehicles Lite.
