Hello Eric, the supercavitation bubble is filled by water vapor, steam, or gas. A TL15 force field can produce much better vacuum. But I think even asking the question is wrong -- TL15 is high space opera "magic", and you shouldn't look too closely at the science behind the curtain. My designs must be play-tested and balanced against the TL15 rules, but not against reality.
