Hello Eric,

at TL8, RTGs look very heavy for a light aircraft.

My worry was that individual vehicle bays imply individual
hatches. Vehicles doesn't track surface area for components
other than solar cells and top decks, but that doesn't mean
a vehicle designer should use that rules loophole.

That runs into reality checks, too. If we have this little
helicopter with folded rotors, and a hangar deck to scale
with the helicopter, how do you get the rearmost pigeons
out?

My ideas were:
- Put each pigeon into a styrofoam box and ship it as cargo.
Launching required a human to open the box, open the
rotor, and set it onto a level surface for takeoff. (Does
  it have landing gear, btw?)
- Do it like GURPS Traveller and launch a vehicle from a
missile launcher. That implies that the rotors can unfold
automatically. Of course GT did it for drone missiles, not
drone helicopters, so it looks a little strange.

If there is no requirement for mass launches, I would go
with the first option.

Regards,
Onno
