Hello Anthony, we were talking about the TL8 nuclear pulse drive, VXi13/14. That one allows high thrust for short periods, and a decent delta-V with a high fuel percentage. It can't do both, except for the last few moments of the burn -- a high fuel percentage means the initial accel is rather low.
