My knowledge about knifethrowing is all second hand, so any advice by me should be doublechecked.

Having said that, AFAIK knifethrowers use the second hand both for balance and aiming help, which would make a simultanous throw with both hands unfeasable, as it should then have penalities both on skill and ST.

Throwing 2 knifes one after an other would seem like a case for All Out Attack (don't know if you can officially AOA thrown weapons but i would allow it)

I had a PC in my last game that wanted to throw two knives for his combat
action. The character is ambidextrous and had taken a full 2 seconds of aim.
Let's say his target was an NPC that was 5 yards away and the PC's knife
throwing skill is 14. My question is what should has effective skills to hit
with each attack have been? (He does not have Trained By A Master or Weapon
Master).
