This is a weekly posting with GURPS vehicles (and the like) to the
GURPSnet mailing list. I grant the permission for all non-commercial
redistribution of my work, but I would like to know if you put it on
a website or the like. The files at omeyer.gmxhome.de are down until
I fix the automatic PDF generation, which should be one of these
days - see sourceforge.net/projects/gurpsml

Fast Courier Mk.III v1.0 (TL10)
  Copyright 2012 by Onno Meyer

The Fast Courier carries a few people and a few boxes of cargo to the
stars. The Mk.III is not designed for planetary landings and she has no
shuttle, so she relies on the local infrastructure for orbit to surface
transport.
The starship is divided into three sections. The cabin in front, with
the flight controls, spartan bunks for two crew and four passengers, an
airlock, and a few cargo lockers. There is no artificial gravity, and
components of the life support system are squeezed into every available
nook and cranny. The next section contains the hyperdrive and the power
cell. The fusion reactor and the sublight thruster are mounted in the
rear. Most crews hate their cramped Mk.IIIs, but the management likes
their unquestionable efficiency.
It takes 32 hours to recharge the the power cell for one hyperspace
entry.
