Sadly, I _am_ the all-seeing overlord of GURPSnet — which is part of why it's so embarrassing that I didn't see this. If it ever happens again, please bring it directly to my attention (though I don't expect that it will; now that I know what to look for, I can head it off at the pass).
In terms of how far back the archives go: They quite literally go back to before there was a GURPSnet.
