The current http://www.gurpsnet.org/Digests/ only has up to 2003.
I have NEW_till_2010-01-03.bz2 and OLD_till-2003-03-01_FINAL.bz2 which I seem to have grabbed in 2011-01. I put the former up at http://jhcloos.com/NEW_till_2010-01-03.bz2 for now.
