I'm looking for some military tactics help. I'm writing up a chapter for the "Ragnarok:Battlefront" multi-author story over at Twisting the Hellmouth (tthfic.org) The story is based on an open Hellmouth in Cleveland. We're on day 16 after the "call in the world".
We've got to deal with an organized column of approximately 200 demons organized more or less like soldiers (armor, shields, swords, formation). We want to annihilate them, ideally in a fire-sack. The problem is that they've got SCOUTS out! (Serpent men on large velociraptor-analogues) We can close off streets pretty quickly (mono-wire webs!) if necessary. We've got ultra-tech forces.
