Archvillain's Grav Tank v1.0 (TL12)

  Archvillains must travel in style, or they are no better than ordinary 
bandits. This contragrav flyer provides a mobile, protected headquarters 
for their fiendish schemes.
  The Grav Tank has a boxy hull with two gun sponsons. Each mounts two 
weapons, a Plasma Cannon facing forward and an Automatic Blaster facing 
rearward. Hatches in the sponsons lead to the main hull, which contains 
comfortable seats for the commander and the driver. Cargo and prisoners 
can be carried in the rear.
  It takes 4.5 minutes to recharge one blaster shot, or 8.5 minutes for 
one plasma shot.

Subassemblies: Body +4, two Superstructures +2. 
Powertrain: Two 2,500-lb. vectored super reactionless thrusters; two 
  40,000-lb. contragrav generators; 900-kW super MHD fusion reactor; 
  four 1,080,000-kWs rechargeable power cells. 
Occ: 2 bridge RCS (Body), 4 CCS (Superstructures).   Cargo: 100 cf.

Design Notes
  Body is 900 cf, with heavy compartmentalization and underbelly skids. 
Superstructures are 50 cf each. Structure is heavy, standard. Armor is 
standard metal. Sealed. Computerized controls. 83.82 cf of empty space 
in the Body. Empty weight is 16,000 lbs.

  The vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [second edition, third 
printing, July 2010 errata], VXi, and VXii (including the armor volume
