The small craft is capable of surface to orbit flights, orbital maneuvering, and reentry. Computerized controls with duplicate maneuver controls. 0.67 cf of empty space in the Body and 1.6 cf in each Wing. Empty weight is 1,500 lbs. The vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [second edition, third printing, July 2010 errata] and VXii (including the armor volume rule) with the text format from Vehicles Lite.
