  This small craft carries passengers and cargo from ship to shore. She
has a simple low-pressure engine, a cabin for a dozen people in the bow,
and an open cockpit in the stern.
  The steam engine burns 0.15 tons of coal per hour. A full load is $60.

Design Notes
  Body is 1,000 cf, with average lines. Structure is expensive, light.
Armor is expensive wood. Waterproofed. Mechanical controls. 16.13 cf of
empty space. Empty weight is 12,800 lbs.
  The vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [second edition, third
printing, July 2010 errata] and VXii (the armor volume rule) with the
text format from Vehicles Lite.
